In this role you will serve as a key technical member of the Bumblebee Installation Team, with the mission to optimize the installation process and bring our system to as many people as possible. You will work at the intersection between Design, Engineering Testing and Installation Operations.
You will work design and document processes and apply your technical experience to propose and prototype ways to improve the Bumblebee installation process. You will work closely with the engineering team to build and scale these solutions. In addition, you will work directly on-site during customer installations guiding a team of installation technicians

Develop and optimize the installation, testing, and calibration process
Design fixtures as needed to aid in testing of the bumblebee systems to be ready for installation
Document procedures and methods for troubleshooting issues in the field
Evaluate the design of parts and provide feedback on the engineering as it pertains to installation
Identify and communicate issues with regards to installation and safety
- Create new standard operating procedures to be implemented into the field.
Develop technical documentation including Work Instructions, manuals, component level instructions for installations
5+ years engineering experience
Fundamental understanding of general building construction
Experience overseeing work and directing others to meet deadlines
Strong organization skills
Computer skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills
