What you'll be doing

    • Designing content for products and features across the Bumble portfolio
    • Working collaborative with product designers and managers, as an important part of a cross-functional team, to understand the big problems and make sure we’re solving these in the right way
    • Working with Brand and Marketing teams, to embed our voice and align narratives across channels
    • Building great partnerships with stakeholders, such as localisation and legal teams, as part of your workflow
    • Supporting with ContentOps, contributing to content ways of working and helping others understand the role content design plays
    • Working with our research team to understand customers and make sure your content resonates with them
    • Empowering our users to feel safe and empowered to build healthy, equitable relationships

What you'll bring

    • Experience in a similar senior-level content design or UX writing role, where you’ve led content design projects, in a cross-functional product team
    • A self-driven, organised and proactive approach to problem-solving – you’re brilliant at prioritisation and finding solutions to complex challenges
    • Examples where you’ve delivered large-scale end-to-end content design projects – from discovery to measurement and iteration
    • A focus on outcomes and the ability to articulate the impact of your work and how it aligns with customers’ needs and business goals
    • A good knowledge of inclusive and accessible content, why it’s important and how to drive change in this space
    • Experience in working closely with localisation and/or internationalisation teams on global project initiatives
    • Experience in influencing change and making a positive difference to content design ways of working
    • A strategic approach and practical understanding of how to deliver content strategy
    • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills – your work will be backed up with sound rationale that helps people understand your approach and you’ll make a positive impact on those you collaborate with

How you work

    • You love being part of a cross-disciplinary team, working collaboratively with researchers, designers and stakeholders from across the business
    • You’re not phased by working in a fast-paced product environment
    • You champion an inclusive, user-focused perspective, while having a great grasp on business needs and priorities
    • You’re passionate about sharing the content love with others, bringing them along the journey with you and helping them see why it matters
    • You always consider the ‘so what’ not just the ‘what’, asking the right strategic questions to make sure your work gets the right results
    • You’re as comfortable designing microcopy as you are creating product-wide content strategies
    • You share our values and believe that kindness, respect and equity are always a priority
