We're looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven company and partner directly with a senior executive during an exciting time of growth and innovation. You’ll play a vital role in helping the CTO operate by expertly managing schedules, supporting strategic projects, and acting as a key liaison across Bumble’s fast-paced, global organization.
You should be based in Austin, TX, with a strong interest in our space - whether that’s dating apps, social platforms, community-building tools, or consumer tech more broadly. Experience supporting a CTO or other senior technology executive is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily executive support, including extensive calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and prepare comprehensive itineraries
- Track, prioritise, and follow up on key tasks, projects, and action items
- Act as a gatekeeper—screening communications and ensuring the CTO’s time is spent on high-priority matters
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and manage follow-ups from leadership meetings
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication on behalf of the CTO
- Assist with expense reporting, vendor communications, and executive gifting
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters
- Collaborate closely with other executive assistants across the company to ensure alignment and coverage
- Support special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed in a fast-moving environment
About You
- Based in or relocating to Austin, TX
- 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a tech or high-growth company
- Highly organized and resourceful, with an ability to anticipate needs before they arise
- Adaptable and composed under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Deep interest in the tech or social networking space -passion for Bumble’s mission is a must
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong discretion with confidential information and sensitive matters
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms
- Natural relationship builder—collaborative, warm, and respectful
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems
