Bumble is looking for a FP&A analyst for headcount and overheads to drive growth, support decision-making and provide planning leadership across both Bumble and Badoo products.
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, the FP&A Analyst will play an important part in providing best-in-class analysis, reporting and decision support to commercial stakeholders. This role will own financial reporting creation for key business leaders, assist with month-end commentary and analysis, and partner throughout the organisation on headcount planning as well as overhead and subscription spend.
The role will be based in London, reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager in New York.
What you'll be doing
- Own creation of monthly/quarterly reports shared with key business stakeholders and Bumble executive leadership. Assist with monthly/quarterly business commentary and analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for headcount and overheads/subscriptions
- Partner with other members of FP&A and P&C staff on headcount planning across a number of different leaders
- Take part in the transformation activities of the broader Finance department to improve system automation, operational analysis, financial analysis and commercial awareness
- Ad-hoc modelling and deep dives for various business analysis
About you
- 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or accounting
- Understanding of financial statements and the underlying general ledger transactions
- Knowledge of planning and performance processes, annual budget, and forecasting
- Comfortability in Excel and Google Sheets
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with finance and non-finance members throughout Bumble
- You have knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- You have the desire to get into the details and help bring Bumble’s ambitious plans to life
- You're a self-starter who will proactively set stretch goals, is organised and can problem solve in a complex environment

- You have excellent time management and you know how to manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
