Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Operations & Excellence Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our global Talent Acquisition function. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this individual will lead the design and execution of recruitment strategies that align with Bumble’s goals while also supporting internal mobility and company priorities.

What You Will Do:
- Execute Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define key goals, track progress using metrics, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Ensure recruitment processes are streamlined, producing high-quality outcomes in a timely manner, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with fellow People & Culture teams to ensure recruitment strategies align with broader organizational priorities, system processes, and compensation philosophies.
- Create exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and team experiences by ensuring recruitment processes are integrated and coordinated with downstream teams (e.g IT, payroll, workplace experience).
- Curate and maintain a library of critical resources, including but not limited to Job Descriptions, Process documents, Brand + Pitch materials and Training Guides.
- Lead Talent Acquisition Tech Stack
- Drive the operational strategy for all TA systems, driving innovation and optimization in recruitment technologies, including ATS (Lever), LinkedIn Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter and other integrated systems.
- Drive streamlined integrations with the HRIS (Workday), job posting platforms, vendors and diversity partners ensuring agility and scalability.
- Drive Exceptional Experiences for All Stakeholders
- Ensure recruitment processes are transparent, inclusive, engaging, and efficient, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, the TA team and the wider People and Culture teams.
- Support to empower the hiring community with the tools, insights & guidance, and support needed to make high-quality decisions, while ensuring the candidate journey reflects Bumble’s values.
- Leverage Data for Performance Excellence
- Work closely with People Analytics to track and analyze key recruitment metrics to ensure accurate processes, behaviors and training.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that enhance recruitment performance or candidate/Hiring Manager experience, and provide actionable feedback for process optimization.
- Also:
- Run point on key operational Talent Brand initiatives — including management of our LinkedIn page, feature promotions, internal job board, and referral program.
- Support university and intern hiring programs, partnering with recruiters and the business to ensure seamless coordination and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Own logistics and coordination with external talent partners (e.g. Girls Who Code, SheCanCode, LinkedIn etc) to help amplify our employer brand.
- Jump in on HR Operations support as needed — managing employee tickets and executing processes across our HR systems with a focus on service and efficiency.

- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on long-term strategic goals.

$107,000 - $132,000 a year
For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy however, these may vary as this role is a fixed-term contract position for 6 months.
