We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to deliver fast-paced recruitment for our Technology teams, including Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Mobile, and Security. This role is delivery-focused, requiring you to fill critical, highly specialised technical roles quickly with high-quality candidates. You’ll be expected to use your advanced sourcing skills, network and utilise talent insights to proactively drive recruitment, ensuring timely hires without compromising on quality.
In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment, you will partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Total Rewards, People Operations, and senior technical leaders to align hiring strategies with business priorities. This is a high-impact role where speed and quality of delivery are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Mobile, and Security.
- High-speed, high-quality delivery: Focus on quickly filling urgent technical vacancies without compromising on the calibre of candidates. Ensure recruitment targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Advanced sourcing expertise: Use a variety of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, proactive talent mapping, and social media platforms, to engage high-quality candidates for complex, technical roles.
- Leverage talent insights: Use data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimise sourcing strategies and make informed hiring decisions.
- Stakeholder management: Partner with HRBPs, Total Rewards, People Ops, and senior technical leaders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and priorities, delivering solutions to meet the business’ evolving needs.
- Process optimisation: Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance the speed and effectiveness of recruitment while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
- Adaptability and resilience: Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment. As a self-starter, you will operate with autonomy, continuously finding solutions to ensure recruitment success despite ambiguity and evolving business needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in technology recruitment, with a proven track record of quickly filling complex roles in fields such as Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Security.
- Exceptional sourcing skills: Strong expertise in finding and engaging top talent for hard-to-fill technical roles using innovative sourcing strategies.
- Delivery-focused: A strong focus on speed and efficiency, with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and consistently meet hiring deadlines.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with HRBPs, senior technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver on recruitment goals.
- Data-driven approach: Ability to leverage talent insights and market data to inform decisions and continuously optimise recruitment strategies.
- Self-starter and solution-oriented: Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, high-pressure environments, delivering results and solving challenges with autonomy and resilience.
