We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to look after Bumble Inc’s advertising platform. In this role, you will be focused on enhancing and optimizing our direct and programmatic advertising capabilities across Bumble Inc’s apps, to grow ad revenue while protecting the user experience. 

What You'll Do

    • Develop the product strategy and execution plan for optimising Bumble Inc’s ad revenue growth, influencing various stakeholders to deliver new advertising products and features
    • Own Bumble Inc’s ad platform, being the point of knowledge for technical understanding and execution
    • Enhance our direct-sold ad offering on Bumble, delivering new ad formats and capabilities to meet advertiser needs
    • Optimise our programmatic ad stack on Badoo, integrating new ad placements and demand partners 
    • Build and lead the advertising strategy for Bumble BFF, driving innovative monetization while safeguarding user experience
    • Maintain our consent management tooling to ensure advertising complies with the latest privacy laws and regulations
    • Understand and own Bumble Inc’s ad inventory potential, balancing this with ensuring advertising does not impact users and the app ecosystem
    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, ad ops, business analytics, legal, and finance teams to grow advertising revenue

Experience We are Looking For

    • Demonstrated product management experience working on a consumer product, with strong mobile DNA
    • Specific experience of building digital advertising products in consumer apps with millions of users
    • Experience using Google Ad Manager and programmatic monetisation platforms such as Unity’s, Meta’s, and Amazon’s is a bonus
    • Experience interfacing with Sales/Commercial teams as well as exec-level stakeholders

    • You have an analytical mindset with strong knowledge of A/B testing and making data-driven decisions

    • Time management is your strength and you know how to effectively manage multiple priorities, breaking large projects into manageable pieces
    • You are a confident, clear communicator (both verbal and written) who can create the right narrative to share your ideas at every level in an organisation
    • You have demonstrated experience working on multiple initiatives concurrently
    • You have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail; the ability to break large projects into manageable pieces, prioritising according to value

$215,000 - $230,000 a year
For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
