Bumble’s Creative Studio is an exciting inflection point. We’re growing rapidly, supporting Bumble Inc.’s portfolio of apps globally—and we want this momentum to continue. As part of this expansion, we’re looking to hire a Graphic Designer to be a part of our growing team, working on global projects and across time zones.

In this role within the creative studio, you’ll help develop effective, exciting, and culturally relevant work for our portfolio of brands. You’ll be part of a full-service, in-house, geographically diverse creative team of designers, art directors, and copywriters who work hand-in-hand with video editors and a global network of producers and external production partners.

The person we are looking for is a vibrant Graphic Designer who will help shape the visual essence of our diverse brands globally, has a keen eye for detail and is willing to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Your work will span across a variety of communications for Bumble Inc. in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in producing compelling designs.

This role is based in New York, reporting to the Design Lead in the U.S.

What you'll do

    • Designing a variety of communications for Bumble Inc’s diverse brands, spanning social, growth, marketing, and partnership campaigns globally.
    • Collaborating with copywriters, motion designers and art directors to ensure cohesive and engaging work across all brands.
    • Contributing creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to enhance overall design quality.
    • Developing creative concepts and translating them into visually compelling designs for print and digital media.
    • Presenting work to key stakeholders, clearly explaining the assignment and rationale to design decisions.
    • Upholding and enforcing Bumble Inc’s brand standards across expanding markets.

About you

    • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
    • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the tech sector.
    • You are proficient in design applications (Adobe CC, Figma), using the latest design tools, and embracing the future.
    • You have a keen cultural curiosity.
    • You are positive and committed with a 'can-do' attitude.
    • You have great communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • You are comfortable working autonomously and have great collaboration skills when working with others.
    • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines effortlessly.
    • You have excellent time management skills, and can deliver projects on time.
    • You possess a strong understanding of design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory.
    • You can comfortably deliver work across print and digital platforms.
    • You showcase conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • You are passionate about our brand vision and values.
$75,000 - $92,000 a year
Base Compensation Range: $75,000 - $92,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
