Join our community! We’re looking for a Managing Broker - Property Management in New York to help Bungalow manage our property management and leasing compliance efforts in the State of New York. In this capacity, you will work with our Leal team to conduct quarterly regulatory reviews and ensure that we are up to date with property management rules and regulations as they change. You will be a founding member of this team and work alongside a team of Brokers of Record across all markets. You’ll have the opportunity to build within a high growth environment.

What you’ll do:

    • You will oversee our property management activities. Some examples of your responsibilities include: 
    • Serve as broker of record on Bungalow property management leasing activities
    • Keep up with changing rules and regulations
    • Conduct ongoing quarterly regulatory review 
    • Conduct periodic compliance audits 
    • Oversee ad-hoc issue resolution

Who you are:

    • Must have an Active Brokers license in New York
    • Strong local market knowledge and experience
    • Strong background in operating compliant property management companies
    • Strong understanding of all state and national Fair Housing and real estate laws to ensure compliance
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • High degree of integrity and a strong work ethic
    • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, written and verbal

    • Operational and/or strategy experience
