ABOUT THE POSITION
Head of BURGA Studios at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: lead the heartbeat of BURGA Studios, turning creative vision into flawless execution. You’ll guide a talented team, shape production strategies, and ensure every photoshoot, video, and creative asset meets our high standards and brand identity. From planning ambitious projects to streamlining workflows, you’ll balance artistry with efficiency, keeping timelines tight, budgets on track, and quality sky-high. Your leadership will not only bring our ideas to life but also inspire the team to push creative boundaries and set new benchmarks in content production.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a talented BURGA Studios team of 5, aligning strengths with project goals and guiding each member’s growth.
- Oversee strategic production planning, creating timelines, setting team objectives, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Partner with Growth, Social, Marketing, and the Director of Brand to ensure timely delivery of high-impact content.
- Forecast costs, track expenses, and allocate resources wisely to maximize creative output.
- Ensure stylists, set designers, photographers, and all collaborators produce best-in-class creative assets aligned with our brand.
- Oversee safety protocols, legal compliance, and internal policies for smooth and safe studio operations.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and skill-building initiatives to nurture the team’s professional growth.
- Keep BURGA Studios ahead of the curve by introducing new techniques, tools, and trends in content production.
What We Expect
- 3+ years in a managerial role, leading, motivating, and growing creative teams.
- 5+ years in production management (photo + video), ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Proven track record of delivering high-volume, high-quality visual content.
- Deep understanding of photography, videography, lighting, and set design workflows.
- Knowledge of post-production processes, file organization, and content delivery.
- Strong budgeting, cost forecasting, and project planning skills, with experience using tools like Notion or Asana.
- Ability to oversee all aspects of studio operations, equipment management, and safety protocols.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
SALARY: 4959 - 5951 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
