ABOUT THE POSITION

Process Engineer at BURGA isn’t just about keeping production running—it’s about pushing boundaries, fine-tuning the engine behind one of the fastest-growing lifestyle brands, and making sure every product meets our bold standards of quality and style.

Your Role: Be the force behind smarter, faster, and more efficient manufacturing processes. From implementing new technologies and streamlining workflows to solving technical challenges and ensuring production stability—you’ll make sure our operations are as sharp as our designs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support technical innovation, and own process improvements that keep us scaling without losing our edge.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Monitoring and evaluating processes
- Optimizing processes and implementing new technologies
- Introducing new products into serial production and testing
- Ensuring the stability of the production process
- Preparing and updating production documentation
- Analyzing defective products in serial production and solving related issues
- Training employees after process changes
- Improving production equipment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in a technologist, production engineer, or quality engineer position
- Experience in implementing new processes
- Experience in searching for new technologies
- Knowledge and experience with 8D and other problem-solving methodologies
- Familiarity with PFMEA and other methodologies
- Ability to systematically execute assigned tasks
- Knowledge of process organization and efficiency methods (such as Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or similar);
- Excellent English language skills
- Proactivity and ability to work independently

SALARY: 2105 - 3306 Eur/month GROSS
