ABOUT THE POSITION

Quality Engineer at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s your chance to make a real impact behind the scenes of a fast-paced, ever-evolving production environment.

Your Role: As a Quality Engineer at BURGA, you’ll be working at the core of quality data, helping us turn numbers into insights, and insights into action. Whether it’s reviewing technical drawings, documenting inspection methods, or preparing the right tools for the job—you’ll help keep our standards sky-high.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Collect, analyze, and report on quality-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain quality instructions, control plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Ensure inspection methods and tools are in place, documented, and effectively used.
- Prepare and update process control plans for production lines.
- Develop quality test tasks for production operators to boost first-time-right results.
- Apply preventive actions to avoid production issues before they happen.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1+ year of experience in a quality department within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of inspection methods (incoming inspections, control plans, process checks).
- Skills in data analytics and reporting to help spot trends and root causes.
- Experience creating quality documentation and process instructions.
- Ability to read and adjust technical drawings when needed.
- Familiarity with problem-solving tools like 5 Whys, FMEA, or RCA.
- Clear communicator — especially when it comes to technical and quality requirements.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem prevention.
- Adaptable and curious—comfortable learning new standards and methods,

SALARY: 2300- 2900 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
