ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic content creation team. As the Art Director, you will play a crucial role in producing video, photo, and 3D content, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative directors, content creators, designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals, to bring our creative vision to life.
GET READY TO:
- Lead the creative vision for video, photo, and 3D content projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee the production process, including all necessary preparations, directing shoots, managing resources, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the final output.
- Develop creative strategies and concepts that align with project goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for content creation, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role in a creative agency or production environment.
- Understanding of creating visuals for a brand targeting a primarily female audience.
- Expertise in video production and photography with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for creativity and innovation, with a desire to push boundaries and explore new possibilities in content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Deep understanding of the latest industry trends and a strong interest in the fashion world.
- Excellent English language skills.
SALARY:
3500-5000 GROSS
