ABOUT THE POSITION
Logistics and Inventory Team Lead at BURGA isn’t just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the engine that keeps our products moving. You’ll play a key role in managing both the flow of goods into the business and the accuracy of what’s inside our warehouses. From coordinating global deliveries to optimizing inventory levels and leading a cross-functional team—this role is all about balance, precision, and smart planning.
Your Role: As a Logistics and Inventory Team Lead, you'll oversee inbound logistics and inventory operations, ensuring our supply chain is both cost-efficient and responsive. You’ll track KPIs, approve purchase orders, manage team performance, and identify improvement opportunities that help BURGA scale faster, smoother, and smarter.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate logistics managers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Approve and track purchase orders to align with demand forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve storage, picking, and rotation practices.
- Track key supply and inventory KPIs.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports on stock health, supplier performance, and operational risks.
- Lead and support your team with regular feedback, performance reviews, and goal setting.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements across processes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience leading teams within supply chain, logistics, or inventory management functions.
- Proven success in inventory and logistics operations, including cost-saving initiatives.
- Advanced Excel/Spreadsheet skills.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset with solid data interpretation skills.
- Customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Confident team leader with experience in setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and navigating team dynamics with professionalism and empathy.
SALARY: 4500-5000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
