Social Media Video Lead at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. Your Role: You will lead BURGA’s organic social media video production team, shaping the creative direction, managing a talented team, and producing impactful content that elevates our brand across global social platforms.

Lead the end-to-end video production process for all social media content.

- Define and maintain creative standards, visual identity, and brand consistency across all video content.

- Manage and mentor the video team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.

- Collaborate closely with social media, marketing, and creative teams to align video content with campaign objectives and brand strategy.

- Oversee project management of multiple campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are efficiently managed using tools like Asana.

- Review and approve content to ensure high quality, platform-specific optimization, and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Analyze video performance metrics, generate insights, and implement strategies to improve engagement, retention, and reach.

- Drive innovation in video formats, production workflows, and social media trends, leveraging emerging tools and technologies.

- Identify opportunities to optimize production processes through automation, AI tools, or other efficiencies.

- Act as the primary point of contact for video initiatives, facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and external collaborators.

5+ years of experience in video production, editing, and content creation, with at least 2 years focused on social media platforms.- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Proficient in DaVinci Resolve,with the ability to establish workflows and troubleshoot for the team.

- Proven track record in leading video teams, managing freelancers, and coordinating cross-functional creative projects.

- Demonstrated expertise in social-first video formats, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.

- Strong background in storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement, with examples of content that achieved measurable impact.

- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) to organize workflows, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills in reviewing content performance metrics and using insights to optimize creative output and strategy.

- Familiarity with workflow optimization, AI-assisted editing tools, and scalable production processes.

- Experience collaborating with marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign cohesion.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent, providing constructive feedback and fostering team growth.

Starting at 3800- 4400 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
