As the Senior TA Partner at BURGA, you'll be the go-to person for recruiting the best talent for various positions. You'll team up with our HR crew and hiring managers to find the perfect fit for various roles. From start to finish, you'll be on the lookout for amazing candidates and ensure they feel at home when joining us.

-  Embrace and implement state-of-the-art recruitment technologies, fostering an efficient hiring process;

-  Build strong connections with hiring managers, team leaders, and others to make our hiring process work well together. Your skill in creating positive professional relationships is crucial for keeping BURGA as the most wanted place to work;

- Navigate international talent markets with finesse, sourcing and acquiring talent that aligns with BURGA's global vision. Your role will entail traversing cultural nuances to secure top-tier professionals across diverse geographies;

- Craft an unparalleled candidate journey, underscoring commitment to providing a seamless and positive experience.

- At least 3 years of experience grabbing awesome talents in different industries;

- Perfect English language skills; 

- Proven success at putting together top-notch teams;

- Super organized - you can juggle a bunch of stuff without breaking a sweat.

- Tech-savvy with a good grip on today's hiring tools;

- You're a problem solver with a creative twist.

- Great at talking to people and handling tricky relationships;

SALARY: 2100-3140 EUR GROSS.
