ABOUT THE POSITION

Warehouse Process Engineer at BURGA s more than just a title — it’s a front-row seat to how a fast-growing brand keeps its warehouse running smarter, faster, and more efficient every single day. Think of the warehouse as its own production line: every task, every flow, and every system needs to be designed, optimized, and continuously improved. That’s where you come in.

Your role: As Warehouse Process Engineer you'll build clear, efficient processes that make our warehouse easier to operate. You’ll analyze how the team works, identify inefficiencies, and create practical instructions that keep everything running like clockwork. This role is about turning complexity into clarity — and making sure our operations are ready to scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Create and implement new warehouse processes from the ground up.
- Continuously analyze team workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimize existing warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Write clear, practical instructions for operators to follow for new tasks and systems.
- Use Lean principles (5S, waste reduction, process optimization) to improve daily operations.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse process cycles to increase speed and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse layout design and system integration.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in a technologist, production engineer, or quality engineer position.
- Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
- Proficiency with WMS systems (Business Central and experience with Kardex Power Pick Global is a must).
- Understanding of Lean principles and process optimization techniques.
- Strong ability to analyze workflows and implement action points that drive efficiency.
- Previous experience in warehouse layout design, process documentation, and working with automated systems like Kardex.

SALARY: 2105 - 3306 Eur/month GROSS
