ABOUT THE POSITION
Senior Product Engineer at BURGA is a front-row seat to the creation of products that define our brand and excite our customers worldwide. You’ll lead the journey from initial concept to production, shaping innovative solutions that are not only functional but elevate the BURGA experience. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, your technical expertise and creative problem-solving will directly impact product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your Role: As a Senior Product Engineer, you’ll own the product development process end-to-end — designing, prototyping, testing, and bringing new products to life. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and ensure every product meets BURGA’s high standards for quality, innovation, and manufacturability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the full product development cycle, from concept and CAD modeling to prototyping, testing, and production launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop products that meet market needs and brand objectives
- Define and oversee testing and validation methodologies, ensuring designs meet quality, cost, and performance standards
- Work directly with suppliers and manufacturing teams to translate design intent into production-ready solutions
- Identify technical challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
- Own project planning and execution — set milestones, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of complex projects
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process or product optimizations to increase efficiency and quality
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years of experience in product development, with strong expertise in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
- Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and supplier/manufacturing collaboration
-Hands-on experience translating design requirements into manufacturable products while optimizing materials and costs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement long-term solutions
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior engineers
SALARY: 3300 - 3800 EUR/Month GROSS.
