ABOUT THE POSITION
This position focuses on managing influencer, PR, and other Marketing Departments' orders through production, while ensuring the highest quality and efficiency. You will play a key role in supporting the Partnerships Department's and the overall Marketing Department's production needs and contributing to smooth operational processes
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prioritize Influencer and PR orders through production channels.
- Ensure the quality of all sent orders.
- Communicate promptly about any out-of-stock (OOS) positions, production delays, and issues with affected department orders to ensure quick resolution.
- Advocate for the Partnerships Department's production needs and collaborate on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Assist in implementing production procedures for special campaigns and keep the team informed.
- Support PR with custom orders, new packaging, and shipment solutions.
- Assistant work on operational department tasks such as Guidelines & Onboarding material updates regarding order placement & registering agreements to the internal BSS system.
- Oversee the Partnership-orders channel, ensuring swift issue resolution and notifying managers when necessary.
- Keep the team updated on relevant production changes and updates on the Kolosus platform.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluency in English.
- Strong attentiveness and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and proactively solve problems.
- Knowledge of production and packaging processes.
- Experience with influencer shipments is an advantage.
SALARY: 1872 EUR/Month GROSS
This position is based in Kaunas and requires working on-site.
