ABOUT THE POSITION
Online Reputation Manager at BURGA isn’t just about monitoring conversations—it’s about owning our digital presence and turning everyday interactions into moments of brand magic. You’ll play a key role in spotting opportunities and helping us stay agile and ahead in a fast-moving online world.
Your Role: Shape how the world sees BURGA by engaging with communities, spotting trends, managing feedback, and driving conversations across social platforms. From comment sections to reviews, SEO to sentiment monitoring—you’ll ensure our brand reputation stays strong, positive, and on point.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent BURGA’s voice across various online channels—forums, reviews, social media, and more—to shape and strengthen brand perception
- Help shape engaging and authentic social media presence that attracts and nurtures a strong, loyal community
- Launch and manage community initiatives that spark conversations and deepen brand love
- Monitor, engage with, and amplify online product reviews and brand mentions—whether they’re glowing or need a thoughtful response
- Spot and respond to both positive and negative feedback
- Stay ahead of social trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Create organic brand awareness projects
- Mentor junior team members
- Use SEO techniques to boost the visibility of positive content and reduce the reach of negative mentions in search results
- Monitor online conversations and identify risks or opportunities in user-generated content, escalating major issues when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (bonus if it’s in e-commerce or a fast-paced brand environment)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of how the social web works
- Passion for digital marketing, pop culture, and the latest online trends
- Deep interest in social media culture, from trending sounds to viral memes
- Confidence in providing feedback and guiding others
- Ownership mentality and proactivity
- Eager to keep learn and grow
SALARY: 1800-2300 Eur/Month GROSS.
