Head of Product Development at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. Your Role: As the Head of Product Development, you’ll be the driving force behind our non-traditional fashion brand. You’ll lead the entire product development process—from market research and ideation to testing and release—redefining forgotten functional items into fashion-forward accessories. You’ll be expected to shape and execute a product vision aligned with BURGA’s bold ambitions, while managing a cross-functional team and building strategic partnerships. This is your ultimate canvas to make an aesthetic and commercial impact.

- Develop a mid-to-long-term product vision aligned with BURGA’s overall mission.

 - Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on market data, customer feedback, and business strategy.

 - Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.

 - Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and industry trends.

 - Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, marketing, and other departments to ensure product alignment and transparency.

 - Supervise testing and validation processes to uphold high product quality standards.

 - Build and nurture strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry experts.

 - Lead and expand a multidisciplinary product development team, including product managers, industrial designers, and test engineers.

- 4+ years of proven experience in product development, with a strong focus on fashion accessories.

 - Previous roles such as Chief Product Officer, Product Owner, or Product Manager.

 - A strategic, analytical mindset with exceptional coordination skills.

 - Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering innovative products to market.

 - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.

 - A results-driven attitude with a passion for product excellence.

 - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

 - Fluent in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication.

 - Experience in e-commerce is a significant advantage.

 - A passion for fashion innovation and redefining the ordinary.

 - A track record of team leadership and full-cycle product development success.

SALARY: 4000– 7000 EUR/month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies
