ABOUT THE POSITION:
At BURGA, we ensure that our brand's voice not only reaches but also profoundly impacts our audience through innovative ad campaigns. The Lead Creative Strategist will spearhead these efforts, overseeing the strategic development and successful execution of creative concepts across major platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. This role demands a keen ability to blend data-driven insights with compelling storytelling to develop campaigns that captivate and resonate with our target audience. As a manager, the Lead Creative Strategist will also guide and mentor a team of strategists, enhancing their abilities to align closely with the brand’s vision and goals.
GET READY TO:
- Guide the entire ad creation process, from researching and developing ideas to crafting compelling narratives and visuals, all tailored to the unique qualities and behaviors of each platform's audience.
- Manage and inspire a team of creative strategists, setting clear goals and expectations while fostering an environment of creativity and innovation.
- Partner with product and marketing leaders to derive deep insights into campaign goals and audience demographics.
- Oversee the analysis of platform-specific trends and audience data across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest to guide strategic decisions.
- Articulate and defend creative strategies to senior stakeholders, ensuring consistency with our brand’s voice and campaign goals.
- Utilize analytics tools to convert data insights into effective creative strategies.
- Ensure that content creators, designers, and video editors deliver ad assets that reflect the strategic intent fully.
- Continuously evaluate ad performance, adjusting strategies based on empirical data to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Keep the team at the forefront of advertising trends on all key platforms, positioning BURGA’s strategies to lead the market.
- Lead brainstorming and creative sessions, promoting a culture that values innovation and open dialogue.
- Initiate and develop groundbreaking ad ideas that challenge traditional advertising norms.
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within creative strategy or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in creative roles, preferably with some focus on e-commerce.
- Demonstrate a successful track record in leading ad campaign development for e-commerce brands on Meta or other major platforms.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape, particularly the unique aspects and opportunities of each platform.
- Capably manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously, maintaining high standards of creativity and precision.
- Have a solid grasp of marketing, branding, and design principles.
- Be well-versed in current trends across social media, fashion, lifestyle, and advertising.
- Possess a strong desire to continuously learn and adapt.
- Have excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
SALARY:
From 3800 Eur to 5500 Eur gross (negotiable based on exceptional qualifications and experience).
