ABOUT THE POSITION
Junior Social Media Community Manager at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: protect and elevate BURGA’s brand reputation by engaging with our online community, representing the brand voice, and building meaningful relationships across social media platforms. You’ll actively interact with followers, respond to feedback, and help grow a loyal community of BURGA lovers. By staying on top of trends and fostering genuine conversations, you'll ensure our brand remains relevant, engaging, and loved across the digital landscape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build a brand reputation by representing its voice in discussions about our product in different channels
- Help to build engaging social media accounts to create a strong community of true BURGA lovers
- Engage with communities across various social media platforms by responding to comments and messages
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives
- Facilitate and monitor online product reviews and endorsements in social media
- Help manage positive & negative feedback
- Keep an eye on all the social media trends and be creative
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Consider it a huge plus if you have proven work experience as a community or support manager, working with global audiences and/or launching community initiatives
- Have more than excellent verbal and writing skills in English
- Understand how the social web operates, including social networks, blogs, microblogs, forums, etc.
- Be interested in e-commerce, digital marketing, pop culture, online marketing, and marketing channels
- Have a huge interest in current social media trends, including trending TikTok sounds and recent memes
- Communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback
- Possess a burning desire to learn and grow
SALARY: 1280 - 1675 EUR/month GROSS
