Bustle Digital Group is seeking a highly motivated, incredibly organized, creative, and strategic Account Manager to lead several of BDG’s partnerships. The Account Manager will work seamlessly with clients, keeping them up to date on the progress of campaigns and relaying all feedback to internal stakeholders. They will ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively to meet all deliverables on strategy and on schedule. Our ideal candidate is looking to continue developing their client services skillsets to grow in their career.

Responsibilities

    • Provide white-glove client service and serve as primary contact from kick-off through project completion
    • Grow a deep understanding of the client’s business and operational structure to integrate BDG seamlessly as an extension of their team, constantly looking for opportunities to optimize workflow and drive new partnership opportunities 
    • Provide project management and creative direction to the team – keeping cross-department stakeholders (branded content, production, design, marketing, etc) aligned to the campaign KPIs
    • Coordinate with branded content teams to deliver  a high volume of custom content each month, distributed across BDG’s O&O and social accounts
    • Collect and communicate client feedback in a timely manner to internal teams
    • Collaborate with Ad Ops team to monitor creative implementation, media execution, and delivery, ensuring KPIs are achieved and optimized
    • Partner with the Marketing team to execute content distribution plans and manage performance via key social platforms 
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors to design rich media 
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics, provide real-time optimization recommendations, and create end-of-campaign recap decks
    • Constantly obsess about client’s goals and develop new, creative ways to achieve those goals
    • Spot opportunities to upsell clients and lead the development of rebuy strategies
    • Always act with the best interest of BDG revenue in mind 
    • Use project management software, to manage branded content projects

Requirements

    • 3-5 years in experience in a client-facing environment (agency, publisher, media company)
    • Understanding of branded/co-branded content (video, articles, social, influencer, events), media, editorial sponsorships, and the nuances and differences of each 
    • Ability to build consensus across clients, agencies, and BDG teams and create collaborative workstreams 
    • Incredibly organized, able to give status updates on campaigns at a moment's notice
    • Strong communication and delegation skills
    • Ability to collect and distill feedback and pass along to necessary stakeholders
    • Familiarity with video production process and ability to provide creative direction as needed
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized and the ability to multitask
    • Experience with project management tools such as Basecamp or Asana
    • Proficiency with Keynote, Excel, Google
