About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our eCommerce platform. You will drive the development of features that improve customer experiences and significantly impact business metrics. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce, preferably within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) or subscription-based business model, and a proven ability to manage a portfolio of features or products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for customer-centric solutions are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
•Develop and implement eCommerce features, with a focus on search, that drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences
•Utilize data to inform decision-making processes, design experiments, and identify success metrics to measure feature effectiveness
•Collaborate with UX design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that improve conversion rates and overall site performance
•Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
•Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning and execution, to deliver high-quality features on schedule
•Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching team members on problem-solving techniques and innovative approaches
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on product priorities, scope, and timelines
•Coach and mentor junior team members and aid in their career development

Requirements
•5+ years of Product Management experience in an eCommerce environment
•Proven track record of successfully delivering eCommerce features that drive business metrics and enhance customer experiences
•Strong understanding of UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
•Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools to make informed decisions and measure feature performance
•Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience running sprint ceremonies
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of successful stakeholder management
$155,000 - $210,000 a year
