About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to own and scale key acquisition channels that drive new customer growth. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing growth channels who’s ready to take full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance — with a strong command of both performance data and customer behavior

You’llbe responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and referral, while leveraging funnel analytics, creative testing, and campaign insights to improve results. You’ll partner closely with product, analytics, creative, and lifecycle teams to test new ideas, analyze outcomes, and scale impact across the full user journey.

We're looking for someone who brings a balance of strategic thinking and executional rigor — someone who understands how to drive measurable results and continuously refine the path to purchase.

Our marketing team embraces a hybrid model that provides personal flexibility as well as in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will find value in coming to our Watertown office twice per week for face-to-face strategy sessions, taking the occasional meeting on a walk around the river trails, and complementary catered lunch every Tuesday and Wednesday!

What You’ll Do
•Own acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or referral — managing strategy, execution, testing, and performance.
•Optimize campaigns toward key KPIs including CPA, LTV, CTR, conversion rate, and overall signup growth.
•Analyze channel and funnel data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve performance and user experience.
•Collaborate with creative teams to run structured ad and messaging tests; evaluate what resonates across formats, audiences, and platforms.
•Build and execute a roadmap of growth experiments across audience targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages.
•Partner with product and lifecycle marketing to optimize the full acquisition-to-retention journey.
•Monitor, report on, and communicate progress toward growth goals.

What We’re Looking For
•4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a DTC or consumer-focused environment.
•Proven success managing acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, referral, or similar.
•Strong understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and what influences a customer to convert — from creative and messaging to landing page experience.
•Analytical mindset and comfort with metrics such as CPA, LTV, CTR, and conversion rate; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and common analytics tools.
•Experience working with platforms and tools such as GA4, Looker, Amplitude, or similar.
•Self-starter with the ability to manage campaigns independently and push projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
•Skilled communicator who collaborates effectively across growth, product, analytics, and creative teams.
$90,000 - $115,000 a year
