ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will manage and oversee all ButcherBox sales channels. You are responsible for developing, managing, and executing the merchandising strategy for the company. In this highly cross-functional role, you will problem solve, creating both short-term and long-term strategies.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Ensure optimization of product placement on all sales channels and generate recommendations for BB
•Plan and optimize box plan selections balancing factors such as member LTV, inventory on hand, profitability, conversion rate
•Partner with Revenue Ops analysts on all incremental sale pricing decisions
•Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Member Marketing, and Acquisition teams to allocate inventory to appropriate channels, maximizing lifetime value of our members
•Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to ensure sales plans and forecasts have matching inventory and fulfillment plans
•Track revenue and profit performance; pivot plans to hit goals
•Identify potential new product opportunities and assist in the product development process
•Establish 3-6 month strategic plan, pricing, metric analysis
•Partner with Revenue Operations analytics to analyze revenue & profitability performance of all items. Suggest changes to improve

REQUIREMENTS:
•5+ years of Work Experience
•1+  year of Management Experience
•Food & Beverage experience required (Meat preferred)
•Ecommerce experience preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Hard-working and creative person who loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done"
 
$93,500 - $120,000 a year
