About the Role
The Systems Administrator will sit on our internal IT team, reporting to our Director of IT. They will work closely with other members of(Sr. SysAdmin, Help Desk Team) and will be responsible for supporting and administering applications across our O365/Azure Cloud Environment

Responsibilities 
•Manage and support our Office 365 applications and other licensed feature
•Create internal and external documents that support our systems
•Work closely with and mentor the endpoint team to streamline work and improve process
•Provide end user support by troubleshooting and closing Jira tickets
•Support company-cross functional and departmental projects and related tasks in the O365 space

Requirements 
•3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Enterprise ITSM as a Systems Administrator
•Experience with the following Microsoft tech -- Microsoft O365 Cloud, Azure AD (advanced troubleshooting and maintenance), Microsoft
•Teams, Exchange O365, Microsoft Groups, Sharepoint, OneDrive
•Experience with Atlassian -- Jira and Confluence Administration
•IAM or SAML SSO systems OneLogin and Azure SSO -- The ability to implement applications or troubleshoot basic authentication issues &
•Enterprise Password management experience 
•Experience working with MDM tools such as Intune, Jamf, ManageEngine 
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and desire to mentor members of the ITSM -- able to write and present detailed, accurate, and precise documentation 
•Experience with scripting in CLI, python, or Powershell
•Experience the O365 Security and Compliance -- running message traces, parsing logs for troubleshooting, EDiscovery searches
•Strong vendor management skills

Nice-to-haves 
•Experience or Certification in Scrum or ITIL Framework
•Experience with Automating workflows with Powershell or CLI
•O365 Backup
•O365 Fundamentals Certification
