About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Supply Chain Systems Architect will be the technical expert on the Supply Chain Operations team, working tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of our complex supply chain. The ideal candidate for this role will know the world of ecommerce and the various tools and technologies we use. They will have an eye for process and project management, and take pride in building collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
 
Responsibilities 
•Take ownership of Supply Chain Systems design, integration, interoperability, governance, compliance, and optimization for a 5-node 3PL network 
Scope and advocate for end to end supply chain systems needs, and create roadmap, budgetary expectations, and business case for new systems, systems upgrades, consolidation, or support staff
Place, professionally develop, and manage supply chain systems data analytics and insights team
Define data analytics architecture and insights capabilities for real-time visibility and decision-making, predictive modeling, process improvement, and innovation
Place, professionally develop, and manage systems technical support staff 
•Participate in Business Stakeholder engagement, including engaging with procurement, replenishment, fulfilment, logistics, data science, finance, product management, and technology to produce a subsequent and dynamic supply chain system with appropriate functionality, data integrity and security, dependability, and accessibility to support holiday and non-holiday business volumes and ways of working
Integrate vendor systems including EDI/API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange between systems and vendor partners
Manage supply chain system uptake and integration of new entities through mergers, acquisition and divestitures
Evaluate new business products for use in optimizing supply chain system functionality, optimize system or network performance, reduce manual workloads, and provide new customer-facing capabilities
Support data-driven fulfilment and logistics network design and optimization projects
•Support business OKRs

Experience 
Working knowledge of ecommerce and 3PL supply chain systems and business requirements
Experience creating, managing, and troubleshooting omnichannel supply chain systems and corresponding data streams for vendor management, inventory management, order processing, and logistics
Working experience should include systems that support vendor facing and consumer facing systems and communication
Experience with Shopify, ERP systems, EDI, API, Primal, NetSuite, PowerBI preferred
Experience designing systems to support customer order-level product traceability  

$130,000 - $165,000 a year
