About the Role 
We are looking to hire a highly organized and motivated Senior Project Manager to support our growing engineering teams. We need a creative problem solver with a passion for identifying process inefficiencies and finding solutions. This position will play a large role in supporting cross-team communication, helping our teams mature in their Agile processes, and take a key role in driving process improvement across our organization.

What You'll Do 
•Scrum Master for up to three teams within Engineering 
•Coach the team members in self-management and scrum standard methodologies
•Collaborate with Product Owner(s) on effective techniques for defining Product goals and backlog management
•Facilitate Scrum events as needed for team; remove barriers to their work and foster stakeholder communication and collaboration
•In collaboration with Product Owners, provide regular updates to organizational leadership teams on status, risks, and accomplishments
•Where needed, support Agile processes at scale for larger initiatives
•In collaboration with Senior Program Manager and Project Management team, support Process Improvement Committee and other process-driven initiatives
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to have a deep understanding of Product goals and continuing development of our infrastructure; ensure priorities are clearly defined and incorporated into team priorities

•4+ years' proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment 
•Strong Jira/Confluence skills
•Comfortable working with Engineering, Product, and multi-departmental teams 
•Experience coaching individuals on Agile frameworks and the Scrum process
•Servant leader mentality and approach to delivering value for teams
•Relentless business and customer value focus driven by incremental delivery
•Transparent communicator who is honest, authentic and collaborative 
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experience

•Experience working with Software engineering teams 
•Scrum Master certification is highly desirable 
•Microsoft O365, Microsoft Teams and OpsGenie experience
