That’s why we deliver 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, free-range organic chicken, pork raised crate-free, and wild-caught seafood directly to our members’ doors. All of our products are humanely raised or wild-caught and never given antibiotics or added hormones ever.

We’re working to build a world that’s better for all, and we’re inviting everyone to come along. For us, better means treating our planet with respect. It means improving the lives of animals and the livelihoods of farmers. It means never cutting corners when it comes to doing business. Ultimately, it means better meals, enjoyed together. Our team is made up of people who collaborate and support one another. We’re always looking for outstanding people to join our mission!

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Email Operations Specialist to join our CRM team.

As a key contributor to our lifecycle marketing efforts, you'll support the development and execution of engaging, data-driven email campaigns that speak directly to our members. From building and QAing emails to pulling performance data and uncovering actionable insights, you’ll play a critical role in helping us optimize customer engagement and retention.

Our marketing team embraces a hybrid model that provides personal flexibility as well as in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will find value in coming to our Watertown office twice per week for face-to-face strategy sessions, taking the occasional meeting on a walk around the river trails, and complementary catered lunch every Tuesday and Wednesday!

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CRM team to build and deploy email campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention.
Assist in the setup and execution of A/B and multivariate tests to optimize email performance.
Analyze campaign results and customer behavior data to uncover insights and inform future strategies. Ensure flawless execution of campaigns through rigorous QA and testing.
Maintain and improve campaign workflows using Klaviyo, our email marketing platform of choice.
Support ad hoc CRM tasks and contribute to the continuous evolution of our customer communications.

Requirements:
1+ years of hands-on experience working in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles.
Proficiency with Klaviyo is a must—you're comfortable navigating the platform, building campaigns, and interpreting performance dashboards.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
