Director of Brands - Card Linked Offers

As our Director of Card linked Offer Brands you will be responsible for driving the product line forward alongside the Button leadership team, you will be responsible for bringing new brands to Button’s publishers.

As Director of Card Linked offer Brands you will:

    • Lead the Sales process - from prospecting through on-boarding for new brands adopting Card Linking offers
    • Be Revenue obsessed - This person loves to do a deal and drive revenue
    • Love the process - a scalable and repeatable sales process that we can analyse and optimise is important to us
    • Have a curious mind - We like to deeply understand what is important to our partners. You should be curious to the motivations and inner workings of the companies you have worked with in the past and be able to display a deep understanding of those
    • Exceed quarterly targets through prospecting, developing, and persuading key decision makers at fintechs
    • Utilise innovation, creativity, process, and entrepreneurialism in every interaction you have externally and internally
    • Commit and deliver to the Product feedback loop at Button, ensuring our platform is at the cutting edge of delivering new products and features that our partnersUnlock your existing network and experience in helping fintechs find the right technology that helps them meet their revenue and engagement needs
    • Shape the Button Marketing needs, working closely with our Marketing teams to enhance existing sales tools and create new ones

We look for teammates who have a proven track record of

    • Selling Card Linked Offers to brands - CLO experience is a prerequisite to this position
    • A consistent track record of success leading a complicated enterprise sales process that involves marketing and (technical) product stakeholders
    • At least 5 years of experience in the sales space 
    • Experience working with brand offer teams
    • Used creative thinking to unlock prospects and deliver value to their organization
    • Experience building relationships based on education and industry-expertise
    • Experience in complicated negotiations Experience in legal contractual processes 
    • Worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and valued two-way communication to bring innovation to a platform
    • Delivered new technology solutions for marketers

Robert Berrisford

Rob is the fearless leader of Button’s fintech and loyalty business unit. Having worked in affiliate marketing and cashback for most of his adult life he brings a wealth of experience to the team. Rob works out of our London office.

Margaret Johnson

Margaret heads the partner success team as part of the fintech and loyalty business unit.  Having previously specialised in our publisher business, she now works across publishers and brands to drive meaningful outcomes.  Margaret is currently based in Austin.

Nathaniel Miller

Nathaniel leads engineering within the fintech and loyalty business unit as a staff software engineer. From audiences to orders to webhooks, he has expertise on a wide variety of Button systems. Nathaniel resides in New York.
