Role Profile/Description 

As a Fintech and Loyalty associate, you will:
Gain an understanding of our customer’s business priorities to support our Partner Success & Sales teams in the execution of their respective processes to expand our partnerships and generate growth. Streamline partner launch process workflows across internal stakeholders. Maintain operational excellence for our team. Own all tasks in Mission Control, our internal dashboard for managing partnerships, for the F&L team. Coordinate cross departmental asks across the broader organization. Work with our Sales teams to execute on partner approvals and marketing budgets. Prepare decks and presentations for client QBRs, data tickets, etc.

We look for teammates who:
0-2 years of work experience
Avid interest in growing a career in Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
Customer obsessed and look to develop long-term partnerships.
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Are comfortable contributing to day-to-day client communication. Have the ability to problem solve and push for creative solutions
Are detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Have strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multitask.  
Have the ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
