As a Design Coordinator, you will actively participate in all stages of the projects. You will be managing all aspects of design while utilizing both existing and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the project and process teams under the supervision of the Project Manager or Operation Manager, fostering efficient and effective communication for immediate project execution.
Ultimately, your role plays a vital part in a global marginal sector's transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy sources.
Key Tasks
- Plan and oversee design activities across project phases;
- Propose preliminary layouts and hydraulic profiles;
- Perform process risk assessments and prepare crucial documents such as Process Flow Diagrams, Flow and Mass Balances, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams;
- Coordinate technical aspects of projects, including civil and electromechanical components;
- Facilitate coordination among different installation areas while coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and the design team;
- Recommend key equipment and instrumentation for processes, such as aeration systems, mixing systems, and control instruments.
Skills & Qualities
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Agricultural, Environmental Engineering, or other related field;
- At least 5 years of experience handling wastewater treatment projects;
- Experience in Biogas is an advantage;
- Keen to traveling occasionally to monitor international projects;
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
