As a Technical Office Engineer, you will actively participate during the project execution and you will be expected to be an integral part of the daily operational manpower while directly coordinating with the Project Leader.

Your Task
- In the initial stage of the project, you will be stationed at one of their offices in Brussels or in Ghent
- Review and make necessary revisions or tests to the working drawings provided by the suppliers and subcontractors
- Identify new strategies and working methods to integrate an efficient and smooth process during the development of the project
- Handles price negotiations while having a track record and estimation of the orders and purchase materials
- Create project plans and oversee the implementation of scheduled tasks
- Maintain comprehensive records of the construction project and act as the point of contact at the construction site
Your Profile
- With master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
- Have at least 5 years of work experience in related field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
- Values entrepreneurship and great innovative skills
Languages
- Dutch - required
- French - optional
- English - optional
