As a cost controller, you will collaboratively manage and monitor the financial progress of a project from commencement to completion, maintaining financial transparency and accuracy throughout the entire process.

Your Tasks
- Monitor the project budget, cost progression, and work progress
- Track the actual costs compared to the planned budgets, providing insights for successful project management
- Collaborate with site management for progress checks
- Utilise informative dashboards accessible to both management and project leaders
- Work with project leaders to create insightful forecasts and implement cost-control measures
- Assess and monitor the financial implications while in the dynamic on-site environment
Your Profile
- You must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of experience
- Must have willingness to learn and contribute to construction projects, combining office work with on-site presence.
- Must be a team player, collaborative and motivating, able to work well with colleagues.
- Must have knowledge of ERP packages and experience with financial BI tools (e.g., KPD) is advantageous. Proficient in MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to unforeseen changes
- Must be proactive and energetic, maintaining composure in stressful situations
- Must be radiating passion for work and seeking opportunities even in difficult circumstances
Language
- Dutch, required
- French, is a plus
- English, is a plus
EU citizens interested to work and live in Belgium and fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge in French, English is a plus.
