As a Quality Advisor, you work in a specialised department and report to upper management. They provide expert guidance for maintaining high-quality standards throughout all project phases and serve as the primary point of contact for Quality-related issues on project sites, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards and assisting site teams in their Quality efforts.

As a Quality Advisor, your role is critical for maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety, and enhancing an organization's reputation. You contribute to risk management, efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall project success. Moreover, you add significant value by improving quality, reducing risks and costs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ultimately supporting organisational growth and competitiveness.

Your Tasks

    • Central QA support for project management
    • Ensure resource allocation and QA compliance
    • Conduct internal and external audits
    • Enhance Quality Management System and practices
    • Develop and mentor resources
    • Use knowledge tools for best practices
    • Train, audit, identify non-conformities, and report
    • Adapt to changing environments
    • Prepare project-specific quality documents
    • Collaborate on supplier quality
    • Balance quality, cost, and time
    • Train teams in non-conformance management
    • Evaluate execution techniques for quality
    • Assist in implementing the company's management system on projects

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's) and QMS Lead Auditor Certification
    • 5+ years in construction, strong technical knowledge
    • Familiar with international industry standards
    • Broad construction product and operations knowledge
    • Effective communicator with good organizational skills
    • Quality Management System and auditing experience (ISO 9001, and optionally ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
    • Willing to travel up to 30%
    • Issue resolution expertise
    • Familiarity with ITP and Construction Laboratory testing
    • Proficient in IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Health, Safety, and Environmental background are desirable

Location & Environment
