Our client is a leading international construction company known for delivering complex infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects. To reinforce the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department, our client is hiring a dedicated HSE Advisor (Level II). You will play an active role in shaping a safety-first culture, supporting project teams, and ensuring that all safety standards and legal obligations are met across various construction sites.
What You'll Do
- Coach employees on the correct application of safety procedures
- Conduct on-site safety audits and follow up with corrective actions
- Deliver training sessions to raise awareness and compliance across teams
- Support the rollout of HSE improvement initiatives and safety programs
- Keep safety documentation and registers up to date
- Participate in incident investigations and report findings
- Grow into a point of contact for specific departments or divisions
What We're Looking For
- Certified Prevention Advisor Level II
- At least 2 years of relevant HSE experience, ideally in construction or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety laws and practices
- Energetic, solution-oriented, and a strong communicator
- Able to occasionally travel to international construction sites
Languages
- Dutch – Fluent (Required)
- French – Good knowledge
- English – Good knowledge
