Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate teams, including staff and subcontractors, acting as the central point of contact on-site.
- Ensure technical preparations and manage execution plans to guarantee efficient and timely project completion.
- Oversee compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, proactively addressing any issues.
- Develop and optimize daily and weekly schedules, monitor productivity, and make adjustments when necessary.
- Review and validate invoices from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Report directly to the site manager or project manager, sharing updates and insights.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in civil works.
- Strong technical and practical problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Dutch, with a good working knowledge of French and English.
- A VOL-VCA certification.
