As a BIM ‐ SE coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the process and system-technical coordination in the construction project, specifically focusing on BIM aspects and integrating them with SE. You will demonstrate your strong BIM skills and collaborate with a team of engineering professionals. The ideal candidate must have knowledge and experience in infrastructure projects.
Our client is a market leader in the Digital Engineering sector with a focus on complex infrastructure projects (tunnels, bridges, locks, and various infrastructure) and other ground and road works. With operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and other international countries, they offer interesting geographical coverage and a wide range of career opportunities.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for execution and management of Configuration Management Database throughout the project life-cycle of infrastructure projects;
- Deliver the requirements, goals and preconditions of a BIM model;
- Contribute to project delivery and strategic methods in geometric conflicts and logistical problems;
- Share your expertise and make important decisions;
- Maintain constant communication with different stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Have a Master’s degree in Construction Management & Engineering (NL) or Master’s degree programme in Industrial Sciences, Architecture (BE);
- Or have Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with up to 5 years of work experience proven experience in digital engineering in infrastructure sector and project realizations;
- Can display strong skills in BIM coordination models and 3D planning + 4D BIM models;
- Have good knowledge in relational databases such as Relatics and Microsoft Azure;
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
