As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment efforts by assisting with various tasks related to the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Your Tasks

    • Sourcing and Screening Candidates:
    • Utilize various online platforms and tools to source potential candidates.
    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.

    • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
    • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents as needed.

    • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and clear communication.
    • Collect and provide feedback to candidates after interviews.
    • Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly.

    • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment process.

    • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information.
    • Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track key metrics.

    • Continuous Learning:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools.
    • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance recruiting skills.

Your Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in using online sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a positive attitude.


    • Professional proficiency in the English language is required.
    • Knowledge of other international languages is an asset but not necessary.


    • High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
    • CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
    • Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
