Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects in the western and central regions of the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning, technical preparation, and execution of complex projects that span road construction, water safety, and energy transition initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, organization, and execution of large infrastructure and road projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget.
- Planning & Implementation: Define work methods, manage schedules and procurement, and take corrective actions as needed for project success.
- Cost Control & Reporting: Oversee cost management, track changes, and prepare quarterly reports for financial oversight.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure high safety and sustainability standards, addressing risks and meeting regulatory requirements.
Your Profile:
- Education: HBO degree in civil engineering, technical business, or related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in civil engineering or infrastructure, with road or hydraulic project expertise.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team management, organization, and coordination abilities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Multidisciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of multidisciplinary projects and informed decision-making.
- Location: Based near Rotterdam or open to travel within the region.
