As a Service Manager, you are a contract manager and you will manage an operational team where you will oversee the daily maintenance activities, both commercially and technically. You are responsible for fine-tuning technicians and you are central to the communication between customers and technicians.
Development opportunities, new multi technical expertise, initiative and creative approach are your main motivators.
Your Tasks
- Coordinate and monitor safety plans
- Prepare calculation of the required capacity
- Follow up on contractual obligations
- Use communication matrix for costumer visits and conduct quality control of subcontractors
- Check billing, prepare and check purchase orders
- Set up framework contracts with sub contractors
- Work closely with regional manager
- Improve customer satisfaction and safeguard company's image
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors or Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Quality to motivate colleagues
- Ability to put oneself in other's shoes
- Flexibility and drive to make things happen
- French (should be mother tongue); Dutch and English a plus.
