Senior Project Engineer/Project Leader Infrastructure

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be involved in the development of significant infrastructure projects with focus on roads and sewerage from start to finish. Your affinity with infrastructure projects and solid knowledge in technical design will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Our client is a market leader in the Digital Engineering sector with a focus on complex infrastructure projects (tunnels, bridges, locks and various infrastructure) and other ground and road works. With operations in Belgium and the Netherlands, and other international countries, they offer interesting geographical coverage and a wide range of career opportunities.
Your Tasks
- Oversee various infrastructure projects from a to z.
- Handle the complete technical design and liaise with clients and other design professionals;
- Lead weekly site meetings during the implementation phase of the project;
- Budget monitoring, design consultation, preparation of estimates and specifications;
- Proactively contribute to the design process with a solution in mind;
- Ensure optimisation of processes and standards;
Your Profile
- Have a master's degree in civil engineering, architectural engineering, or relevant field;
- Have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position within civil engineering sector;
- Previously handled significant infrastructure projects, ideally related to roads and sewerage;
- With knowledge of technical design and project management;
- Have excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills;
Languages
- Dutch, required;
- French, optional but an advantage;
- English, optional but an advantage;
