As a BIM Project Manager, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) structure and methodologies across various infrastructure projects. You will ensure efficient and effective coordination of BIM-related tasks, including model setup and testing, as well as information generation for production phases. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative and complex infrastructure projects within a dynamic and inclusive work environment, making a significant impact on the company's digital engineering initiatives.
Key Tasks
- You will establish objectives, prerequisites, and conditions in collaboration with all stakeholders for BIM model development;
- You will oversee and supervise the advancement of the BIM process; You will coordinate contract agreements with diverse parties involved;
- You will initiate structure and organize protocols for both the BIM model and the associated processes;
- You will provide coaching and guidance to dedicated staff for BIM implementation and application;
- You will foster organizational learning and facilitate the change process.
Skills & Qualities
- Have a relevant education in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management & Engineering;
- Have 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects such as car (express) roads, bridges, tunnels, locks, bicycle bridges, underpasses and other civil works;
Languages
- Dutch, required
- French, optional but an advantage
- English, optional but an advantage
EU citizens previously worked in Belgium who are fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge in French and English is a plus.
