Our clients have openings for several design engineers in their teams in Breda and Antwerp. We are looking for junior, mid, and senior profiles. As a Design Engineer, your main focus will be on civil engineering, road, and water infrastructure (GWW) projects in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering company based in Belgium specialising in civil works, infrastructure works, and complex building projects. With projects in Belgium, the EU, and abroad, they offer a wide range of career opportunities.
Your Role
- You will be involved in the design work
- You will be responsible for carrying out the design
- You will report to the senior design engineer on the project
- As a mid- and senior design engineer, you will also be responsible for coaching junior colleagues
Your Profile
- You must have a minimum of an HBO bachelor's degree or higher, particularly in fields like civil engineering
- You must have relevant work experience ranging from 1 to 7 years
- You must have familiarity with software tools such as Openroads, Civil3D, MX, and AutoCAD
- A great knowledge of design standards and guidelines is a positive attribute
- You must have strong attention to detail, be quality-driven, and have the ability to work well under pressure, which are essential qualities
- You should possess excellent teamwork skills, be communicative, and have a strong desire to learn

- English, optional
- EU citizens interested in working and living in Belgium and fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
