As a Senior Site Superintendent, you'll take charge of complex construction projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting important milestones. Working closely with the team, you'll manage resources, tackle on-site challenges, and make sure projects are finished on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your Task
- Managing the day-to-day implementation of the project;
- Monitoring work in accordance with the established work plan in terms of time, money and quality;
- Implementing the safety policy during realization;
- Drawing up deviation forms for deviations in the implementation and on the work plan;
- Monitoring and coordinating third party activities where specified in the work plan;
- Identifying bottlenecks in the planning of other disciplines;
- Organizing Lean meetings to achieve the most efficient possible integrated planning.
- Compliance with and monitoring of VCA and ISO standards.
- Closely monitor suppliers and your own teams under your responsibility;
Your Profile
- Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent through experience in complex infrastructure projects
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in civil construction
- You have proven skills in leadership, interpersonal communication and change management, you can motivate, delegate and coordinate and you know how to create an interactive team spirit within a team
- You ensure that people at all levels in the project take responsibility
- You have a good technical background and can handle MS Office fluently (MS Project is a plus)
