Are you an experienced Site Administrator with a strong background in providing administrative support for major construction projects?

Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing international company, is seeking a skilled Site Administrator to support the operational management of a high-profile construction project in Mons, Belgium. This role involves managing the administrative operations with precision, ensuring smooth communication and organization across all phases of the project.

About the Role: As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of administrative tasks on-site, working closely with project managers and site personnel to ensure efficient and accurate documentation and communication. Your organizational skills will be key in supporting the team and contributing to the successful execution of this complex project.

What You’ll Do:

    • Administrative Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including correction and formatting of documents. Organize mail, digital archiving, and maintain personnel and site files using platforms like SharePoint.
    • Meeting Coordination: Prepare minutes and reports for site meetings based on notes provided by engineers, manage project agendas, and organize internal and site meetings.
    • Support Site Personnel: Provide answers to administrative and personnel-related queries, manage activity reports, and ensure practical support such as handling office supplies.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between site managers and personnel, providing timely and accurate information across teams.

Your Profile:

    • Experience: Several years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the construction sector. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with digital archiving tools such as SharePoint.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in Dutch.
