As a Contract/Process Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing contract terms, facilitating project teams, managing invoicing processes, and liaising between clients and the project team.
Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering company based in Belgium, specialising in civil works, infrastructure works, and complex building projects. With projects in Belgium, the EU, and abroad, they offer various career opportunities.
Your Role
- Oversee existing and newly acquired contracts and negotiate terms related to personnel deployment, schedules, milestones, product quality, and deliverables.
- Support the project team to optimise their workflow without delving into project content.
- Take charge of the invoicing process in coordination with the project coordinator.
- Maintain communication with clients, interpreting their preferences and conveying them to the project team.
Your Profile
- Educational background at the (HBO) bachelor level with corresponding analytical skills
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience
- Demonstrated experience or interest in project control, contract development, and the establishment and fulfilment of agreements with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with diverse contract structures, including design & construct (D&C) and design, build, (finance), maintain, (operate) (DBFMO),
- Expertise in various collaboration models, such as construction teams or alliances.
- Strong communication abilities and a proactive approach.

- EU citizens interested in working and living in Belgium and fluent in Dutch are welcome to apply. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
