As an HVAC Calculator responsible for maintenance contracts, you will function to conduct site visitations, coordination, and processing of technical documents needed to run the project based on clients’ requirements.

Your Task
- Be part of the maintenance department and develop market-oriented pricing of the technical maintenance contracts for both public and private clients
- Analyze the specifications and technical information that must be tailor-fit to the requests of the customers
- Conduct site visitations and building inspections for the purpose of monitoring the technical installation inventory while keeping track of the current progress within the project
- Coordinate directly with the Regional Managers to work on other projects smoothly
Your Profile
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electromechanics or equivalent through experience
- Have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience with the position
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Must have a robust technological affinity with great attention to details
- With innovative personality and analytical skills
